Initial consultation

The initial assessment lasts 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive evaluation, followed by treatment, an exercise programme, goal setting, and recommendations for ongoing care.

If follow-up treatment is advised, we’ll schedule your next appointment at a mutually convenient time. Follow-up sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60 minute durations, depending on your individual needs.

Initial consultation

The initial assessment is 60 minutes. A full assessment is completed, followed by treatment, an exercise program, goal planning and recommended treatment going forward.

If follow up treatment is recommended, we will rebook you at an agreed date and time. Follow up appointments are 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on each individual’s requirements.

What to expect

All essential equipment, including a portable treatment couch, is brought to your home. A clear area is needed to set up the couch and provide enough space for assessment and exercise demonstration.

Clients are advised to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing appropriate to the area being treated, for example, shorts for a lower limb assessment or a singlet for a shoulder assessment.
